The Retreat is located in northeastern Vermont
1.5 hours from Burlington VT,  2 hours from Montreal,
               4 hours from Boston, and 6 hours from New York City.           

We are at the end of a road in the small town of Stannard.
           There is no traffic to see or hear and no other houses are visible.           
                You will find this place exceptionally private and quiet.                                        
Our Main facility is a beautifully renovated one hundred year old wooden barn.


          

           

 The main hall features hardwood floors and many windows facing south and west.

 

120 acres of land surround the barn including
open fields, forests with trails, ponds, and an open hill top
with an expansive panoramic view of the northern Green Mountains.

Our setting is private and quiet, and ideal for any activity that requires minimal distractions
and  access to abundant nature. There is only one group here at a time,
and aside from residents, you have the place to yourselves.
We are open from February to November.
